The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay as a disabled traveler very enjoyable. The hotel pool is open all night, and the lobby was a great place for me to work even after checking out. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Verden.

The only downside was that I felt privileged with the staff going above and beyond to assist me.

stayed here before in Verden an der Aller, Akzent Hotel exceeded expectations this time. Convenient location, quiet area, helpful staff, lovely outdoor space for relaxing, and a nice breakfast with plenty of choices.

No air-conditioning, room was too hot.

The rooms at Akzent Hotel Holtje are cozy and inviting, with beautiful mahogany wood and spacious wardrobes. I loved the modern bathrooms, adorned with sleek black granite. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi added to the comfort of my stay. the room had a warm and homely feel, perfect for a family like ours.

Some rooms at the hotel do not have bathtubs. Personally, I enjoy taking a relaxing bath, so I missed having that option.

Our family of four with two small kids had a great stay in a quiet hotel, located in the very center of town. the clean and spacious room had everything we needed, including a very practical and clean bathroom. the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a larger choice than average and excellent quality, worthy of the price. the hotel also has a nice beer garden for those warmer days and lovely cream of curry soup to try in the restaurant.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was poor and only accessible in the reception area.

Our room on the top floor was unbearably hot, despite the 26-degree weather. We requested a fan, but it didn't help much. However, the breakfast buffet was extensive and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Germany. The hotel is located in the center of a lovely little town, making it convenient for exploring the town center and enjoying the local attractions. The staff here is extremely friendly and efficient, making sure that our every need was taken care of. They were courteous and efficient in everything we requested, from room service to dry cleaning. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a leisure swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception, which added to the convenience of our stay.

The only downside of this place is that the staff is a mixed bag, but generally on the friendly side. However, we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for its excellent location, friendly staff, and range of facilities.
